Refund policy

At EverEase Living, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, contact us at livingeverease@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (for online payments) or via bank transfer/agreed method (for COD orders).

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or free replacement — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
